Argh mates! My "Fire Dragon Spices" are a fire-roasted pepper & seasoning blend that boasts 13 antioxidant herbs & seasonings to give any dish great flavor and a ship load of health benefits.
It's taken over ten years to perfect my seasoning blend of Asian roasted red peppers & a dozen other spices from around the world to create an everyday spice blend that is not just 75% salt, like other brands, but specifically created help your immunity & microbiome flourish. I've sourced the very best organics & spices that I myself use on a daily basis.
My purpose for creating my Fire Dragon line of seasons was to make sure that I am getting a wide network of antioxidants on a daily basis in small amounts. They are important to pair up with the body's own damaged cells. This in turn allows them to be processed by our body. This use slows down aging and deterioration within our cells happening as a result of many of the toxic products that we encounter in our environment.
My Fire Dragon Spices are a mild blend of select dried peppers, herbs & seasons that is similar to Chimichurri spices used by folks in India, Asia & throughout the world.
Fire Dragon is best used when cooked or simmered with cold pressed olive or avocado oil in your favorite recipe. This helps release the antioxidants & flavor. It contains less sodium. If you like to use Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos, this will not make your recipes too salty in the process.
It works great as a dry rub or marinade, and you can still use your favorite healthy sodium source like sea salt, Himalayan salt or iodized salt with confidence. I've provided a nutritional label & more information below.

Fire Dragon (Original Mild)
My original Fire Dragon recipe took 10 years to perfect. It features Asian roasted red chilis and has a mild flavor and heat for anyone to enjoy! You can use this low-sodium version in your next stir-fry when using Soy Sauce because it won't be too salty by the addition of more sodium. It's great on eggs & chicken, but also tastes good on meats and seafood.

Red Dragon (Medium)
My Red Dragon also features Asian roasted red chilis and has a mild flavor, but with plenty more heat to enjoy! Low-sodium is good for stir-fry's when using Soy Sauce also because it won't be too salty. It's a great addition to your table to use on everything! Even cocktails that need more spice.

My Green Dragon is the same recipe as the original, but features Jalapeno Pepper powder and more heat to enjoy! Also lower sodium. and it's a good addition to Hispanic cuisines that pair well with Jalapeno flavors. This one sells fast!
